Refund policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MOTORCYCLE RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, TOURS, AND COURSES
1. Reservation Confirmation and Deposit
1.1. To guarantee the availability of the selected motorcycle, guided tour, or personalized course, the Renter must pay a deposit equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the total Service amount.
1.2. The reservation shall be considered formally confirmed only once the deposit has been effectively received and credited by the Company.
1.3. The remaining seventy percent (70%) must be paid no later than the start date of the Service, prior to the physical delivery of the motorcycle.
1.4. In the event of failure to pay the outstanding balance, the Company may cancel the reservation without obligation to refund the deposit.
2. Legal Nature of the Deposit
2.1. The deposit constitutes a partial payment and a guarantee of contractual commitment.
2.2. The Renter acknowledges that the deposit compensates the Company for:

Inventory blocking and allocation

Administrative and financial costs
-
Logistical preparation of the unit
-
Loss of commercial opportunity
2.3. The deposit shall be partially refundable only under the circumstances expressly established in this document.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing through the Company’s official communication channels. The effective cancellation date shall be the date on which the Company acknowledges receipt of such notice.
3.1 Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the Service start date:

The Company will refund ninety percent (90%) of the deposit paid.

The remaining ten percent (10%) will be retained for administrative and financial expenses.
3.2 Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and three (3) calendar days prior to the Service start date:

The Company will refund forty percent (40%) of the deposit paid.

The remaining sixty percent (60%) will be retained due to operational impact, blocked availability, and administrative expenses.
3.3 Cancellations made three (3) calendar days or fewer prior to the Service start date:

No refund of the deposit will apply (0%).

The deposit will be fully retained.
4. No Show
If the Renter fails to appear on the agreed date and time without prior notice:

The reservation will be considered automatically canceled.

No refund of the deposit or any other amount paid will apply.

The Company may freely dispose of the motorcycle.
5. Rescheduling
5.1. The Renter may request one (1) rescheduling without penalty if the request is made more than seven (7) calendar days in advance, subject to availability.
5.2. Requests made with less notice may be subject to availability and additional administrative fees.
5.3. The new date must be scheduled within ninety (90) calendar days following the originally contracted date.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for non-compliance resulting from force majeure or acts of God, including but not limited to: natural phenomena, extreme weather conditions, governmental provisions, civil unrest, or any circumstance beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
In such cases, the Company may offer rescheduling of the Service without penalty, which shall not imply an obligation to provide a refund.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
For the interpretation and enforcement of this document, the parties expressly submit to the applicable laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located at the Company’s legal domicile, and the Renter expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond due to present or future domicile.
STORE ITEM CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
1. Returns and Refunds
No exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted for any products purchased through the online store at www.motor4adventure.com, except in the following cases:
a) Manufacturing defects:
The buyer has up to three (3) days after receiving the product to notify in writing, either by email or WhatsApp, providing evidence of the manufacturing defect.
In this case, the buyer must return the product to the address provided by Motor4adventure. Once received, a new replacement product will be sent to the buyer.
A refund will only be issued if the selected size or reference is unavailable and the buyer does not accept another product of equal value as a replacement.
After the three (3) day period has elapsed, the product will be deemed received in satisfactory condition.

The use of NON-ORIGINAL spare parts or repairs performed by third parties will void the warranty.

Exposure of the product to environments, solvents, or substances outside the specifications for which it was designed will void the warranty.

Failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions will void the warranty.
2. Product Exchanges
Exchanges will only be accepted for other products available in the catalog inventory, with the understanding that the buyer will assume:

The return shipping costs to Motor4adventure’s offices.
-
The shipping costs of the new product.
-
Any additional price difference of the new product, if applicable.
