Its climate is very varied. There are towns located at an altitude of 1,200 m above sea level and others that reach 2,200 m above sea level. In some places, such as Pinal de Amoles , it can reach 3,000 m above sea level. At the bottom of the canyons the climate is dry and arid, passing into grasslands, tropical forest and mountain forest at the highest part.
