For an off-road motorcycle tour in the Baja California Peninsula, hydration is key to avoiding dehydration and maintaining performance on long, hot rides. Here are some essential recommendations:

  • - Hydration backpack (Camelbak or similar) with a water bladder of at least 2-3 liters.
  • -Electrolyte tablets or sachets (to replace mineral salts lost through sweat).
  • - Isotonic drinks or oral serums (such as Gatorade, Pedialyte or specialized sports brands).

DURING THE TOUR

  • Drink water constantly , even if you don't feel thirsty (minimum 500 ml every hour on the road).
    Rehydrate with electrolytes after long runs to avoid cramps and fatigue.
