INSURANCE AND THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

At Motor4Adventure, your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. That’s why all our motorcycles come with liability and theft insurance, so you can enjoy your adventure with greater confidence.

When the motorcycle is handed over, we will carry out a detailed inspection with you to show the current condition of the vehicle. This inspection will be documented in a contract signed by both parties, specifying the terms, the condition of each component, and the value of the parts in case of damage.

We also require a security deposit, which is 100% refundable if the motorcycle is returned in the same condition it was delivered. If any part is damaged, the corresponding value of the affected part will be deducted from the deposit.

In case of theft or total loss due to damage, the security deposit will not be refunded, as it is used to cover the deductible required by the insurance company to activate the policy.

It’s important to note that our motorcycles do not include medical or accident insurance for the rider or passenger. Therefore, we recommend having travel insurance with coverage in Mexico. You can check with your current insurer to see if your policy includes emergency coverage during your stay, or purchase temporary insurance from providers such as Assist Card, among others.
